Not so Good Geek Squad – I have an old computer. When I got to TX.. My Old computer was going on line but was working off line. I took it into Best Buy Geek Squad. The young man said it was my WiFi card and it would cost $70 or more for the card. And plus $60.00 an hour for labor. My old computer was old around 5 years old. So I just bought a new one. Geek Squad fails to follow directions – I wanted to add another hard drive to my server. The sales person sold me a green one. Which means it goes to sleep. Not good in a server. I came back and said I wanted a Seagate 1 terabyte. The salesman hands me a 2 terabyte and promises it will work in my server. They would not alow me to transferr the data in the store, so I had to return home with both of the hard drives.
