DO NOT SHOP HERE!! CAVEAT EMPTOR! Terrible place to shop. The managers are more interested in taking your money than taking care of what needs to be done. Under direct orders from Geek Squad, I was told to take apart my laptop and clean it and bring it back so they could send it out to be repaired. After doing so, the manager now refuses to honor or even refund my warranty! do not shop here unless you can afford what it's going to cost to go to court and get things settled. Seriously. Good Customer service I needed an item for my computer and decided i would try best buy. When i went in i was waited on almost instantly and they took care of my problem right there. I came homw with the part that i needed and it fixed the problem! Thanks best buy!
