The employees here are extremely unprofessional. I asked for a product that was locked away, and the employee was rude when opening the case for me. Then, after bringing it up to the register, he threw my product to another employee, who ended up dropping it on the ground. Who do these employees think they are, and why are they treating my purchase like a football?
Don’t buy the warranty or anything from them. The VP has no empathy for a product they lost and no one follows up with you. They really don’t care my camera has been in shipping for 10 days. I’m glad I paid extra.
