Love the selection here and knowledgeable staff. Great deals on laptops and financing also. Got an HP Omnibook Ultra for work and personal use.
What happened to customer service? Walk in’s are not available any longer like they use to be, by appointment only. No one mentioned this when I spoke to a Geek squad employee yesterday. Your employee at the desk was cold and un-helpful at best. I’ll find someplace else to spend my money going forward
Lots of people working but it is their time to play on personal phones and socialize because there weren't many customers. There was a greeter who kindly directed me to the area I needed to go. No one helped me in both areas I needed to find something and there wasn't anyone at the register except the customer in front of me when I first walked up.
