Very disappointed with their service. Purchased a stove on display (open box) while in the store. I set it up for delivery and the delivery never came. Come to find out, they sold my stove to someone else. To make good, they ordered me another stove, honored same price, set it up for delivery and they never showed up on the delivery date. Best buy has really disappointed me. I have been a loyal customer for over 30yrs but always go in or order online for pickup. I decided to select delivery since it was free and next day delivery. needless to say I didn't get it next day but with the pandemic I chose to give it another day. looked online for status and the product had not left the store. They do not answer their phones at this location. Despite the fact that the Holiday Return Policy is until January 14, 2020, they told me that my product does not qualify. There was a very rude customer service chatroom with a Solomon Young who abruptly ended our message chat. It was very rude and unprofessional. Do not shop here or buy anything from this business.
Worst service ever! I purchase a washer and dryer set and the scheduled delivery was supposed to be today between 1 pm - 3:30 pm so I decided to call around 3:10 pm they answer the phone just to put me on hold for 45 min.... to let me know that the driver is only missing 2 other stops and that he will be giving me a call as soon as he is close by.....(all that in a very rude manner from the lady) THAT MEANS I AM STUCK AT MY HOUSE BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS TIME OR ANYTHING THEY HAVE GOING ON.....HORRIBLE EXP... read more
Went to try and get my daughter’s money back for a hard drive that she couldn’t even use, that one of the workers told us was compatible and it was not compatible with her system and they only give you 15 days to bring your item back and I couldn’t even get my daughters money back.
I had to go to the Altamonte store for more troubleshooting on my car audio tonight because the Sanford store is tech-less right now. I was concerned because the former staffers at Sanford knew the ridiculous history with my now second Kenwood stereo. We arrived on time and Brandon (I think, sorry) took the car right in and 20 minutes later we were good to go. Factory reset did not work and he took the next step and replaced the usb cable.
