The worst best buy you can go to. Ordered an in "excellent" condition product, and when picked up, the box and product were all banged up, with visible cracks and dents. Replaced it with the same product that they had on the shelf marked for in "good" condition, however employee and the manager spent 40 minute figuring out how to refund us the difference in cost due to the difference in condition. Lots of merchandise. They had a bunch of LG clothes dryers of the model I wanted (June, 2025, the dryers with the door you can open either from the top or the side), and they were just a few dollars more than buying direct from LG, but after accessories it was probably a wash (pun intended). Buying from LG took much longer. It took a while for a store employee to become available, which I think goes along with being an outlet store, but they were very helpful. No service, no inventory control, and the time frame on warranty is on use therefore you lost time
I bought a TV from Best Buy and had it picked up yesterday. A new version was unavailable, so I ordered the open box version in excellent condition during the 4th of July sale. When I picked it up, the employee said I’d only receive the TV and no accessories. Despite the item’s excellent condition and the accessories listed on Best Buy’s website, he could only provide a remote and a power cord. The TV didn’t turn on when I plugged it in. Very expensive to be an open box or scratch and dent store. Prices were almost the prices as the regular Best Buy. Brandsmart, Home Depot, and Lowe's prices for brand-new items in appliances are just a few dollars more. I wouldn't buy them.
