I am very disappointed with the service I received not only today but in the past week from this store. I cracked my iPhone screen and have been trying to get it fixed with your company. I understand with the Covid19 that things are tough and harder to accommodate, but I have been patient and understanding to both the employees and company as I too work in customer service. No wonder you guys have a horrible review it is absolutely impossible to reach anybody over the phone. I only had one question. I called and tried many different automated choices that it gives and neither one of them I got ahold of anybody. I even waited for over 10 minutes each time that I called and not a word from anybody, do people even actually work there or did they close down because they suck...??
The customer service here is horrible. Before purchase I verified return policy. Then when I tried to return they refused!
