First time using Best Buy's Geek Squad. I read a few bad reviews so didn't know about them. They were really nice and knowledgeable. They didn't seem to mind that I was a dunce when it came to operating my new tv and they taught me how, even quizzing me on it. They also managed to fix a door on my cabinet, improve my wireless and pointed out where the sales person had overcharged me 100 dollars. Will never go back – I spent about two hours with "stephanie" in the customer service area. She was great and working very hard to help me with my issues. She was made to leave before we could finish everything. I ended up staying another hour because I had to re-explain everything to a woman who was more interested in her hair and cell phone then what I was saying. I will never go back because they like to waste their customers time.

Never Let Greek Squad near anything you own!!!!!! – Greek's installed a sound system in my truck...... .broke the speaker covers, screwed up the heat/defrost vents when the JAMMED the new CD Player into position. Attempted to talk to MARIO.the asst manger, but I recored our entire putrid, degrading, attempted intimidating conversation that I play to every Mason/York Rite/Sudan/VFW/American Legion/DAV function I attend. Used to be Great Customer Service - Good Deals- now management and store has gone down hill! – Price matched a competitor every time I come in with their price/ad with no problem. I have gotten the lowest Prices every time. Most of the employees are helpful. A young man named Tim has been the most helpful (young asian man that said he was a supervisor)everytime and has always been patient when having to explain a technical illiterate person everything I needed to know.
