Would get zero stars if I could! Purchased 2 laptops from Best Buy of Murfreesboro, both broke continuously within the first year. Purchased a Whirlpool French Door Refrigerator on 02/23/2017, it broke 07/10/2018, ruining almost $300 in food & has broke yet again as of 10/13/2021, ruining another almost $300 in food. I made an appointment that the repair guy never showed up to. Now I am told it will be 7 days minimum before a repairman can come out & maybe longer depending on parts needed to be fixed.
