I called to see if they had a wii in stock. Gentleman on phone was very nice, took my name and held item for me to pick up. When I got to store, item was at Customer Service desk. I went to dept to check on possible additional items for wii. Jessica helped me there, she was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. On to checkout.. Mario helped me here. He explained each step of the check out and was very friendly. I left a very happy customer! Kudos to Conway Best Buy & those who helped me! I'll definitely be back!
I called and asked if they charged to deliver appliances , the girl said "I think it's 69.00 but sometimes depending on what you buy it's part of the sale. Then she transferred me to that department, I was on hold listening to music for 10 min and then a phone began ringing. It rang at least 20 times, no one answered.
If you want rude, lazy college students that ignore you this is the place for you. I've been dealing with Best Buy for over 6 years and after moving to Conway I have pretty much decided I'll go to Wal-Mart for Blue Rays and order any computer accessory online. The management must be horrible.
Called the Best Buy in Little Rock and North Little Rock, both had an extended hold - then one store phones routed me to a general voice mail recording, that said that I could leave a message and the other store just disconnected. However, in Conway the Store Mgr answered and went above and beyond to get answers to my questions. First Rate Service !!!!
If you like being frustrated, this is the store for you. They did not have the color camera I wanted in stock- hello, if I wanted to wait for something to come in I would have ordered online. This was not an oops we ran out, this was their normal policy- and they could not guarantee that it would be in within 4 days. What is the point? Also, we waited and waited for someone to help us, even after going up front and having them page someone. You may not mind this, but I have better things to do with my time.
It is almost impossible to get in touch with someone @ Best Buy. Just about everytime I have called the menu selection is not good and then you are pput on hold waiting for a cus srvc rep for infinmite amounts of time
