The installation folks did a nice job installing my three tvs as part of my move to SC. One tv no longer had a stand but they had some pieces and parts available and made it work. A second tv they installed and used a cover I had purchased from BB to cover the cables coming down the wall. Unfortunately, that cable cover has fallen apart and now there are cables everywhere. I left a five star review at first, because the salesman was very helpful. However, I deleted that review after I looked at my receipt. Upon check out he told me they were running a special. And I would receive a discounted price. There was no special at all. Without asking me, he signed me up for the Best Buy yearly membership. That would "automatically renew" using my credit card ($49.99) is the cost. This is totally unprofessional!! I following day I returned to customer service to have this charge removed. We made a couple of big purchases recently, and couldn’t have been happier with our installation service from Gage and Steve! They were exceptionally kind, neat and detail oriented— even found creative solutions make sure our frame TV was installed perfectly. We absolutely love it and are very grateful to these two excellent associates!
I spent over $5,000 on TVs in one day. The biggest tv I ever purchased a 77” Samsung tv costing me $2300. Within a month the tv is just a paper weight. No power. Best Buy replaced it. Within two months no power again. Now it’s 61 days after purchase one day over the time I can get a refund. I call customer service. Could hardly understand them. I have to go through Samsung. My husband and I went into the store and purchased an open box PS5 VR2 headset in EXCELLENT condition. We got home and realized the game and the ear pieces that were supposed to come with it was not in there. On the website it states that if open boxes are in excellent condition but missing something then there’s a suitable replacement offered. We call customer service and they state to go in store and they will be able to help us out and verify everything. We drive another hour back to the store the next day just to be told... read more
