Excellent and Helpful – Great store, great products, and great customer service. this is one of the stores that I can honestly say has made great leaps in bounds in product line and customer service. Both the slsrep (who was new) & her mgr were very helpful & professional. We had pre-selected the washing machine we wanted on bestbuy.com & when we got in the store, they honored the on-line sale price with no hassle. Also, there was no charge for delivery or set-up & we were in & out of the store in about 20 minutes! The delivery was made when promised too. This was definitely a Best Buy & we will certainly shop there again.
Best Buy Atlantic Store- Geeksqad and Ipods This is the most aweful reflection of A Best Buy I have seen yet. We purchased our IPOD with a warranty - after 3 years the hard drive went bad, we sent it off for repair.... after 3 refurbished units being returned because none of them worked when we got them home (they don't fix your IPOD, the provide you a refurb unit) after 3 refurbs being bad, the last final return should have been a total replacement due to the lemon law, but this return came up with Water/Condensation damage... read more
i have called the store on atlantic and the first time i was transferred and no one picked up. then i kept calling back and no one answered the phone. no, i will not buy anything from them. i just want the managers name now so i can call corporate office and let them know.
good selection pushy reps I hate the store associates that push psp's and the only reason they do is to not lose thier jobs. this store has a great selection but the non-commisioned sales reps who hound you to buy a psp are ridiculous.
The best electronics store! I love Best buy. I feel like a kid and a candy store every time I come here because they have types of electronics. They always have the latest PS2 game, the latest DVD's and the latest CD's. And their prices are cheap. You can find tv's, stereo's, computer's and entertainment systems at incredibly low prices. This is one of my favorite stores.
