Super helpful
We bought a controller here and my seven year old daughter opened the box it smelled of weed and cigarettes. It was covered in a sticky weird substance. It was labeled open box excellent condition. Not to mention the controller did not work. I let the employee know and they did not care. They simply put the controller back out for someone else to buy…. They could have simply had a conversation and corrected things but didn’t…. I will not be back.
Employees had boxes open all over the floor and my son got a paper cut on his leg from one of them. We were never greeted and when we got to the register the 2 items we purchased came out to be $20 more than the price on the shelf label.
