I purchased a contract to repair problemS on my PC last September I believed Geeks would inspect and catch SOME errors and repair them. I soon started finding problems. I brought the PC back around a month ago to have the Geeks fix a problem I could not repair. Since then I found 5 or 6 problems. I have spent many HOURS trying to get my PC working. Love shopping at Best Buy
Justin in home theater was super helpful and helped me choose a great tv. I was overwhelmed at first with the large selection but he was very knowledgeable and helped me decide. Ultimately very happy will be coming back to shop here.

not able to speak to anyone -sent in a circle of people who could not understand what I needed. never got help!!!!! no one helped. They are horrible!!!! Geek squad would not pick up either!!!!
