This Best Buy location is a joke. I ordered a wifi router with cable modem online to pick up in the store. When I went to pick it up, after I provided the credit card that I had used to make the purchase AND my driver's license to prove my identity, they handed me a very small bag. I told them that it could not be mine because my item would be much bigger and they said, no, that's yours. Manager buy the name of Chasity refused to let my little sister who saved and cut grass all summer an item that per policy is one per person because we "rode together" This of coarse also after she waited in the cold for 3 hours in line. Then was very rude and while trying to explain this isnt right she interrupts me mid explanation with "well im going inside!" Will be contacting the district manager AND corporate today. Such a shame this type of person is aloud to treat customers in this manor.
The Geek Rep and Assistant Manager, didn't get his name (red beard) went above and beyond to take care of an issue that 1-800-Geek-Sqaud was rude and dismissive about. (customer service line, not in-store) The determination to resolve my issue was outstanding!
Only place in town that had an iPhone 7 available for my broken iPhone 6. They could tell how happy I was to be able to replace my phone and still handled the transaction professionally. Thank you Best Buy.
