Great place for electronics.
Went in about 20min ago to return a camera battery that won’t hold a charge and was told by the manager on duty that it was non-returnable and it doesn’t matter that the product is defective. I left the store and spoke with customer service online who verified that this is NOT Best Buy policy and that the defective item should have been accepted (chat screenshots attached). Go to get a new Xbox with my son, find the one that they have a good price on and multiple tags, advertising 349.99 brings tag to the register, gets told sorry you SOL and we can't order it. Bait and switch, they offered me the same one, but in a different color for almost 100 dollars more. They are a scam.
Surprisingly helpful. I do not like shipping online and they have a decent selection
