Don’t buy a warranty, all it does is let you get the same crappy device that you bought in the beginning. If you want to return something do it quickly and do yourself a favor and save the money don’t buy it in the first place. Even one star is too much after being told to go somewhere else
Great experience at the Simsbury Best Buy tonight! I didn’t catch the associate’s name, but he was wearing glasses and was incredibly friendly. He took a few minutes to chat with us about Pokémon cards and went out of his way to make my daughter’s day. Excellent customer service!! We really appreciated his kindness!
Very helpful associate. His knowledge of my problem was impressive. I received assistance within 3 minutes. I would recommend this store.
