This location has terrible service. The manager doesn't know anything about customers. Dylan should be fired. Customer Service is what is important and you treated me like my business didn't matter but to sell me more stuff. Instead i will deal with my credit card company.

Horrible customer service I'm going to go return a Bluetooth yesterday I wanted to exchange it and the kids refund of my money back to my card without asking me and I need to Bluetooth for my work cuz I drive all day I just was not happy so I don't wait until the next day to get my money back and then went somewhere else to go buy it
I had a problem with Best Buy...complained on the Facebook page, and had a rep call to make things right within 24 hours. Excellent job! Restored my faith in Best Buy! Thanks
