15 day return policy? And everything is locked up. You can’t shop here like a normal person. None of the check out lanes are ever open. You have to wait in the return and geek squad line..not my favorite location.
Carrington at Customer Service was polite, respectful, & quick to help me with my return. I appreciate her going above and beyond. I will be back to purchase in the future.
