This is a rating on Bestbuy as a whole, the company is closing this store for no other reason then higher rent. Leaving those in the area having to travel to ether Portland or Augusta, this wont bring better service it is inconvenient. After the store closes you have lost a customer.
So, Best Buy tried to deliver my Daughter and Son-in-law's TV this past Monday, 02/27/2017, and no one was home. They were told that it would be delivered Friday, 03/03/2017 between noon and 4:00 pm. Son-in-law leaves work early so he will be there when Best Buy shows up. Guess what? They do not show up!!! He talks to a Worst Buy representative and is told it is scheduled for next Wednesday. Very disappointed! Ordered a Television on line which the only option was delivery only . However, the website let me input a delivery date of the following Monday. Oh, but wait....they called back and cannot delivery for 2 weeks! What is the point of ordering on line if you have to wait 2 weeks for delivery! If, they don't have the personnel to handle orders around the holidays they should allow store pickup.
Before you buy from them make sure you know they only have a 15 day return policy, will never buy another product from them!
