How can I talk to an associate in the Southridge WV Best Buy? When calling the number I have been on hold several times for a total of over 2 hours. When I selected the Geek Squad option I get an international answering center who speaks very little English. So much for customer service.
I have called for 2 days about my phone and they don’t even answer. When they do answer they hang up on me. This answering service sucks.
tried to make a return on item bought during Christmas, unopened Manager would notmake an exception. this item was out of window for return will NEVER buy an item fro. best buy again
My son used his birthday money to purchase a Nintendo switch game and upon arriving home he realizes the box is EMPTY. He said the plastic had been tampered with. I called the store and was on hold for 36 minutes and then at nine when the store closed the automated call went blank. I held all that time and no one ever answered. I have read reviews now and this has happened to other people and the manager of the store did nothing to make it right because he said they do not sell empty boxes. This is now my third trip in for the same phone. Last time I was told I would get a call back for the problem and I never did. Now I’m having to deal with the same guy. And the phone he was going to call me about doesn’t work at all now. Because he NEVER called back.
