They had what I needed, a new cell phone for my 96 year old mom. I had been around the block numerous times with Verizon but they could not fulfill my needs and service was less than helpful. Walked into Best Buy, they were helpful, eager to serve and get me functioning with the new phone. GEEK Squad was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Saw staff helping gentleman who entered store with two canes, they got him a motorized device to help him navigate the store easily. Today is Saturday, September 5th, 2026. My food spoiled day before yesterday and yesterday. BestBuy does not care. My appointment to have my refrigerator delivered and installed was for today between 10:30am and 2:30pm. I spoke with a representative on Friday, September 4th, 2026 at 12:29 pm to confirm the appointment. I got multiple text messages confirming the appointment. One on Thursday at 12:05pm.
