I bought a new stove from you -- that wasn't the problem. The problem is: We paid for the haul away of our old stove. The man took one look and said no we are not taking your stove away. We will refund the money to you. I was like what the hell? He told the warehouse people that it was INFESTED with bugs! That is a total lie! We went to pick up a tv ( ordered online ) We were in and out in 5 min!!
I went in to see about my options for my phone that had stopped working. I was sent to the geek squad where I was instantly treated like an inconvenience as well as an idiot. Tom, the Geek Squad team member "helping" me, informed me it will take over a week to get my new phone, my insurance policy had changed without any notice, and that I may be charged between fifty and one-hundred dollars as a deductible. It was ok nice tv computer like the laptop was nice it was just a ok store.
I made an appointment for 10am and was first in line. I felt a Little presser on getting in and out. There where people waiting and I signed up the Geek Squad. They finished my computer by 5 p.m. so when I came back a lot easier to get more information. I just hope Geek Squad can help me with my ignorance with computers. I'm a big fan of Best Buy. The staff was very helpful. I've made many purchases there and I'm very satisfied. James Hickey is it valuable asset for information.
