I can see why the Howell store is closing - no one available to help you out on the floor even when you go to customer service to ask for help. Waited 20 minutes and no one showed. So I left.

i bought a fridge from them they came three times too deliver ot not only were delivery men rude but the tryed to give us a dented fridge everytime and said that they would send a repairan to fix it what type of company brings a broken appliance to ur home and askes that u schedule an appointment to fix it what was the point of buy a broken fridge best buy is a terrible company id rather buy a fridge somewhere else save ur self the headacke customer service was no help at all just tranfer u to department to department insead... read more

This is by far the worst bestbuy in Monmouth County Ocean County. Legitimately every time I come here there’s always a problem. I bought a MacBook charger from the Eatontown store last night five minutes before they closed. I realized I can get it cheaper online someone back in the morning to return it at the Howell location because it was on my way to work. Not only did they opt out of my contract I signed. But I had one of my worst experiences ever is sales here today. The geek squad associates need to be fired. Immediately. The snarky and "a matter of fact" tone they used with me infuriated me.

Brought my bird with me multiple times and everyone was very helpful and loving my bird. She loved them back. I go once a week when new movies come out, I love going there and knowing Jessie is accepted and allowed in and I'm helped when need be. Great staff, great service

If you're into poor customer service, nasty managers AND unsatisfactory appliance delivery/haul away service by all means, use this store. I ordered a washer and required hoses. They delivered it later than the promised timeframe, the hoses were not the right ones but the guy MacGuyvered it to work anyway (i should always be aware to watch out for leaks while doing laundry) and although I paid for the haul away of the old appliance, the truck driver mentioned his lift gate was broken but it would definitely be picked up the ... read more
