Ty is the best!
All the employees were professionally unwelcoming. “Did you need help with anything” asked by 5 employees within the 3 minutes of my arrival. Completely felt intimidated and soon left as my friend and I came in to shop for an external drive for the PlayStation while being watching heavily and followed. Let’s be real. Update: Someone from BB commented to contact their social media for help… that is a waste of time. They also give you the run around and do not help. Purchased an expensive Sonos soundbar and within a month it is not working. We are Best Buy members so called the store and they said they cannot help and referred me to work with APPLE support… We received a defective item, they referred me to the incorrect support, the store won’t help, BB customer service won’t help.
