Professional Review - Best Buy This review concerns the General Manager, BRENT of the Best Buy store in Longmont. Unfortunately, my experience with BRENT was extremely disappointing. He demonstrated a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and basic customer service skills. I returned a cell phone that was completely unopened and well within the 14-day return period. Geek Squad has poorest service of any I have ever encountered. I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Rude, non-knowledgeable people at counter. They will never return a phone call, even with repeated attempts. If you walk in there without an appointment your computer is thrown up on a shelf and not looked at for days. I do not live in Longmont and checking on repair status is impossible. The supposed techs pass off repairs to people who should not be repairing computers.
