Worst customer service experience ever..... someone who has worked in customer service for years myself the customer service I got was terrible! I have a product that I bought that was never even opened out of the shipping box, So therefore I have the receipt and everything and yet because it’s over 14 days old they were not return it because of the fact that the item has been discontinued.... again worst customer service if you’re going to buy something by it someplace else!!!!!!

I called to ask if they had a battery and charger in stock for my new camera which was purchased from bestbuy on line and no one knew anything in the MUCY ,PA store
