Called Best Buy-Idaho Falls and made an appointment to replace an IPhone battery. Sales associate said the replacement would take 20 minutes. Drove 50 miles to the store and the Geek Squad clerk said "did they tell you on the phone we might not have the battery in-stock? Let me check. Oh, I'm really sorry, we don't have that battery." Wasted time and gas money. Won't shop there ever again.
