Called Best Buy-Idaho Falls and made an appointment to replace an IPhone battery. Sales associate said the replacement would take 20 minutes. Drove 50 miles to the store and the Geek Squad clerk said "did they tell you on the phone we might not have the battery in-stock? Let me check. Oh, I'm really sorry, we don't have that battery." Wasted time and gas money. Won't shop there ever again.
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
too many staffers on the floor constantly badgering the customers! they apparently work for commissions and are starving. felt like I was being swarmed by seagulls on the beach! a different employee stopped to ask questions and 6 others came stampeding over there to make sure that the original person got to make the sale or something. left there shaking my head. my friend needed a whole new system and printers for her realtor office but she left there overwhelmed!
RecommendedShout out to Best Buy!! I just got an email receipt after they called and left me a message about a price match that THEY DISCOVERED without me asking for it on a purchase a couple weeks ago! As you can see on the receipt it was in Joplin, MO, which is NOT where we bought the speaker. Pretty cool move Best Buy, you locked in future business
They will "SELL" you the Tech support but you receive the "RUN AROUND". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED!!
Absolutely the worst customer service buying a cell phone here. Stand in line at a Verizon store at least when it is your turn they actually are very helpful and know what they are doing!
I purchased HP564XL ink for my printer on 2-21-18, it wouldn't work took back on 2-22-18 and could not get refund. they did not have another so went to sams club and got printer working with ink from them. now have a store credit I do not realy want. will not buy from best buy again.
