Horrible Service The customer service employees are very rude, the floor sales do not have a clue as to what they have in stock. Then we ordered an item and they did not even call us when it came in. I'm not sure if they just don't care or what?

Never Again I wish there was a zero star rating because that is what they deserve.I will never shop at any best buy or bestbuy online again. I bought a laptop online and then they cancelled my order for no reason. I spent over an hour on the phone with them. Then I bought one in the store and it had a hardware defect. I spent an hour on the phone with the "Geek Squad", my portable phone died after sitting on hold for that long. To the woman who purchased the ADH The Accidental plan does NOT cover if you run it over damaging it. The Accidental plan will cover if you drop it or spill something on it aside from the normal wear and tear, power surge and battery.You might have been misinformed and for that us Best Buy employees are sorry for the confusion; but for further purchases..please know that in an Accidental plan, if an item is submerged or ran over whether by bike or vehicle..that will not be covered.

Why I will never shop at this Best Buy location!!!!! A short haired, twitching faced, rude and unhelpful manager named Eve. When I asked questions about the new promotions at best buy, all she did was roll her eyes, and barked orders at employees to help. Later when I was walking through the store, I was meet with a glare by Eve, then while checking out I heard her scream profanities about a football game in the middle of the store, while my daughter was standing ten feet away!!! Eve ("acting manger")is a nightmare to deal with at this store I dealt with the "acting" manager last night who is man hating lesbian(and i do NOT have a problem with someones sexual orientation) with a bad eye twitch. She was so unbelievably rude to me and actually walked away from me twice while i was talking to her. ive already called 800 best buy and made a formal complaint. I found out from other employees at other stores that have quit after she dealt with them completely inappropriately. She is a disease to best buy a... read more

Love It! Best Buy always has everything I want, i love going there and just looking around too. Almost everything i have bought, as far as electronics, i have gotten from best buy. Also, mark Ducoff works there and he is the smartest man alive.

This Store's Mobile Dept is TERRIBLE I guess I should have known....want good service from Best Buy, DREAMING. After a bad laptop experience and now a bad mobile experience, I am convinced that I will NEVER EVER shop for anything in this store, not even for a pencil. My experience with changing over to Sprint as a new user has been frustrating, time consuming and so not worth the small discount.
