Nice, knowledgable staff. Understaffed We went to the Logan, UT Best Buy on Saturday, February 16th. We needed to buy a camera and drop off a computer tower at the Geek Squad. We got assistance at the cameras fairly quickly and the associates were helpful. Geek Squad wait was forever and I couldn't tell if they knew I needed help. Kept getting walked past. Everyone was very busy so I wasn't ignored due to laziness but they were all overwhelmed. After 15 minutes of waiting I was able to flagged someone's attentinon with great... read more

Horrible Horrible customer service! Bought a new TV based on their recommendation along with their protection plan, and within 6 weeks it completely broke. The only solution they could offer was repairs that will take three weeks or so if we are lucky. They refused to replace a faulty product, and their expensive protection plan? What a joke! Buy from a store who backs their products - avoid this place.

shoulb be rated NO STARS After having attempted to contact someone at 1-888-BESTBUY for over a week and having the phone ring for 30 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone I went into a local Best buy store. Their customer service was barely an improvement from the call center. I purchased a laptop at the store that I had originally attempted to purchase online (it was"in processing" for over a week. Need assistance Service is great I deal alot with the cell phone dept. and the staff is AWESOME! The only thing lately is I have not been able to reach anybody when I call any number you press it takes you to a recording. Last night I was on hold for an hour and 10 min and only because I hung up it said i was 2nd in line. I called again this morning and the same thing.Please if somebody could check into this.

These people sell the service plans but don't honor them. Other stores do. I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma that does 1080p, 3 HDMI ports, 1 PC connection and was 3D ready. I has some pixel issues and the in home service tech said they need to replace my TV. I go into this 75th st store and they wanted to replace it with a 51" Samsung 720p with only 2 HDMIs, 0 PC connections and is NOT 3D ready. I paid 1229 initially for my TV. This one they wanted to give me was 699. I didn't expect the same dollar value but I DO expect the sa... read more

best buy complaint Best buys employees are very rude when your coming to spend your own hard earned money. There was a employee named Bridget at minnetonka store she was very rude and rushed me to move on to the next customer. Very unprofessional sloppy looking and had her fly down on her pants. I guess best buy loves there reps trashy... Do not got to this store.
