You guys suck1 I've tried calling the geek squad for support and I'm on hold for hours at a time. Your line about "Expert Service" is a joke and is one of the biggest lies I've ever heard. Its not all about profit Best Buy
Worst experience ever, rude customer service by associate Rochelle in the phone department. Was in there for over a half hour she never acknowledged us, Even after her current customer left, she went on the phone where she was giggling to someone. We then went to the front door and were treated rudely by another associate stating they only have her in that department while he is just standing in the front. We were ready to make a $1000 purchase but now we will go elsewhere
8 Best Buy employees standing at the customer service desk... But they send one person to find the item that is currently not stocked on the floor (I'm guessing because they were all standing around having social hour instead of working) and it takes 45 minutes for the person to return... Now I remember why I use Amazon Prime so much ���
