Every time I come here they find new ways of giving subpar customer service. I always leave mad or upset. If they weren’t the only electronic store here, I wouldn’t even give them my business.
Horrible experience, save your money co to Costco or Amazon. AI TELEPHONE OPERATOR and you can't talk to a live person to confirm availability before wasting a trip, Costco associates easy to reach and confirmed Starlink was in stock. BestBuy will never get one red cent out of me,EVER!
