HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUDE EMPLOYEE AT THE DOOR! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE!
So went to Best Buy and some girl working there straight up lied to me trying to sell me a TV claiming it was a smart tv when it wasn’t. An older gentleman and the manager were good enough to help out. However despite my report they didn’t seem to care their employee was dishonest
Just bought a stereo and had it installed. Installers name is Bryce. Guy is down to earth, respectful, and knows his stuff. Will definitely go back again when it's time for an upgrade.
Couldn't find what I was looking for, but customer service from the sales associates was there to help me out. Particularly Bryana, she's helped me a few times in the past with online searches for items not found in the store. She's become my go-to gal when I need help.
