If you are looking for the worst customer service you can find, I recommend interacting with Preston, the store manager, at the Southland’s Best Buy. We purchased a tv from a different location, opened it up and found it was cracked. Since we had to get a friend to help us pick it up and ultimately return it, we called to ensure we could return to any location. Apparently that is true, just not at the Southland’s location. I’m so impressed with Savannah and the rest of the employees at the Geek Squad at this store. My son with severe Autism damaged his laptop accidentally, and was extremely sad/upset about it. I brought it in to ask if they could transfer the data to an external hard drive, and they had that task completed SAME DAY (within 3-4 hours, actually). And it was around 500 gb of data!!! Sold us the wrong product. we live 3 hours away. I costs me more to return in gas and miles. I need the product picked up for return asap. 15 days is too short....wont be back for awhile. Was refused to speak to a manager when I called. Refused to do a mail pick up. BBB time.

If you need something that's electronics look elsewhere, there candy is more stocked than the things everyone wants. Literally every time I walk into this store I know I'm walking out empty handed or angry at something. I just can't win with this place. I'm honestly hoping they shut down so I can stop getting my hopes up and wasting my time by trying this place repeatedly. We purchased a TV on Super Bowl Sunday and opted to finance it for the 10% promotional Best Buy rewards. It is now 2/25, the account is paid in full, and we still have only received 5% in rewards. I went into the store and they called customer service which I had already done several times. This place is a joke and their customer service is even worse!! Shop somewhere else!!

If you want everything to be wiped out of your computer, use this Geek Squad. That is what they did to me. Several thousand photos... gone. Many many other priceless pieces of info. Also gone. I do not even recognize my computer it is so different. I am sick!
