You know I don't think some customers take in to co.sideration of what us Best Buy employees really have to go through! We are forced by our managers to bring things upon you as much as we don't want to! If we don't do it how they want it to be done we get in trouble for that! I constantly get confronted on what I should be doing better at instead of having constructive crticizem as I would like to call it. Horrible Service, Sales and Management all Suck. Don't trust them with sending anything out to be worked on. They lie and won't stand by their products. Don't bother to buy a warranty. They make up excuses why they won't cover the product. They pass the buck to main office with their 800 number that goes to no where. I lost $2500.00 because of their nonprofessonalism. They will never get another penny from me.

they took 4 minutes to pick up the phone, then 6 minutes to transfer me to the correct department i needed. they really dont know what they are doing & have poor service. not to mention terrible holding music.
