What the hell is wrong with you people. I had a frig delivered to my home Wednesday. They told us they didn't have the right tool to remove it from the pallet (what) and would return Thursday. Of course the didn't show Thursday, Friday or today. So now I have no food in the house and a new frig sitting in the garage until Best Buy gets their shit together. No wonder this business is about to go under like Sears and the rest of them who put their customer service last as priority.
Their techs are not knowledgable of the products they are selling. Second, the wait to receive any consumer service is very long!
I am having a problem with Best Buy. They seem to always be out of stock for the items that I want. I definitely prefer the online store.
