horrible customer service i bought a tv and warranty less than 1 yr ago. I was having problems and brought it in. I ended up going back twice and had to upgrade my tv which cost me more money. I had spent 100 dollars on a warranty where they would come to my house and fix my tv, but i had to go to them and spend even more. Best Buy was NOT HELPFUL and I will not purchase large items there ever again.
Pushy with attitude We have spend a great deal of money in best buy over the last couple years but I am now happy to say that will not happen again. A few reasons is that lately we are litterally swamped with 6 to 10 people asking us if they can help us the minute we walk in. The of course say they don't get a commision if they help you but the way they zero in one has to wonder.
