great employees and friendly service. always get what I need
Everytime i call this store to try to make an appointment to get my remote car starter put in my car, it rings and rings and nobody answers it. How hard is it to have someone answering the phone for the main number of your store? its unacceptable. One time when i tried to call about buying a phone for my business i was put on hold for almost 20 minutes and before i just hung up. Maybe someone in charge needs to go in and review their employees and get things running smoothly.
