Not being electronics literate, we had need of help with our DVD, DVR, TV group. Our grand daughters had "modified" the group and we were unable to "de-modify" it. I was having some problems with my hp pav dv8000 video card i called the geek squad, one of the girls that works there was kind of snippy. she proceeded to tell me that particular model is difficult to work on the video cards are expensive and it was going to cost $500.00 - $600.00 to fix it and its not really worth it and best buy doesnt keep those cards in stock. well i took the board out i went to best buy there were several video cards to choose from. there was even one on sale for 99.99 that was 199.99. geek squad eithe... read more
