Great service and a nice selection of electronics. The location is great too. It's close enough to the freeway exit that it's easy to get to and far enough away to make traffic flow nicely.

I was in the store about 25 minutes. I needed help in the DVD'S and the section of DVD movies. I received NO greeting from any employee, no help in the area I needed help in. Three younger guys (employees) looked over at me, then all resumed chatting. Really? I will NEVER enter that store again. Just lost about a $300 sale. Worst customer service.

I don't know everything about cell phones, that's why I went to Best Buy. I didn't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot about cell phones. I went over to the AT&T store and renewed my line with them. They did a much better job helping me get a phone that I felt did everything I wanted it to. Best Buy made it feel like I was buying a car. My advice to management there, if your guys aren't on a commission or some sort of spiff system, you need them to back down!

This customer service team's OUTSTANDING deflection skills should get an award, because that's what most customer service teams these days and Best Buy is the best I've seen so far at deflection. Solutions don't come easy to this team. I was deferred to three people in this store, and then deflected by telling me how the problem doesn't really exist, and then deferred to the telephone number, and then deferred to the manufacturer. MINUS 10!! The salesman that waited on me was not truthful regarding store policies. He deliberately mislead me as to returning the computer to make a sale. I asked him TWICE and both times he said there would be "no problem" returning the computer. I consider a re-stocking fee to be a BIG problem. He even told me that he doesn't work on commission so would have no reason to lie. HA! There is a "restocking fee" if the computers are returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. I installed our DVD car system there. It broke and when I took it back they denied ever installing it.

This store is so much fun! they always have the newest and best products at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I bought a HDTV and they delivered it to my house and mounted it on my living room wall, everything went like clockwork. I am a rewards member (its free) and they give me great coupons all the time.

Very Knowledgable Staff – This is my first review, so bare with me. I have shopped at this location a number of times and have never been let down. I am a huge home theater buff and I have had countless discussions with the staff about products and have always recieved unbiased opinions and recommendations about products. The appliance department has got to have the most friendly and flexable staff I have ever come across.
