Gave a 1 because I can't give a zero. Haven't been in a beat buy in years because of the commercial that was aired many years ago where a woman knocks Santa off the roof. Very inappropriate! I called to see if this location had a Dell computer package that was advertised as a store exclusive. I was told there were several in stock. I went to the store and talked to a sales associate who tried to steer me to several other computers. I decided to buy the one as advertised. Terrible Customer Service In February went into the Best Buys, which by the way should change it's name because Wal-mart out price them on a lot of the same items, to have my laptop serviced because I was told by Toshiba that Best Buys is an authorized dealer for them. I was refused service because I didn't have a receipt where I had purchased my laptop from them. What is worse is this information came from one of the managers. I have called the main line number for over an hour now during business hours and can't get anyone to answer the phone at the Douglas BLVD Best Buy location. I agree with the other review this store has the worst customer service I have ever seen and I am looking for a computer for my daughter but I can assure you it will not be from Best Buy.

Terrible customer service at Douglas Blvd Store. I still haven't received a $25 gift card as advertised with the purchase of my ipod. Sales rep was very rude. When you call the main customer service line, they've said they have 100's of issues in their cue regarding the same problem when you order from Best Buy on-line. They don't know how to resolve it and the Douglasville Store that I picked it up at said it's not their problem.
i have seen better it's a cold feeling store! i have been in there a few times and the staff all seems like they rather be in some other planet then where they are. they don't want to help you find any thing because they rather hide.
