Gave a 1 because I can't give a zero. Haven't been in a beat buy in years because of the commercial that was aired many years ago where a woman knocks Santa off the roof. Very inappropriate! Yesterday went online and Douglasville Best Buy had a microwave in stock according to the website but 1st available pick up was Thursday. So I go there and wait 30 minutes for a sales associate that never came.
