DO NOT buy your appliances here and this is why: I purchased 3 brand new Kitchenaid appliances when we renovated our kitchen. They sold me a warranty and 2 of the 3 Kitchenaid appliances have broken. I’m on repair #5 for the refrigerator in less than 12 months. Best Buy has done nothing to help and said the repairs have to go through the manufacturer Whirlpool, who is even worse than Best Buy. Best Buy has some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, even worse than ATT and Comcast who have notoriously bad customer service. I bought a washing machine this past weekend. The representative was extremely rude to me and didn't link the purchase to my best buy account. When I got the washer hooked up it didn't work. We purchased a Kitchenaid package (fridge, Dishwasher and oven/microwave) from Best Buy in Dunwoody GA about 9 months ago and I want to share my story as a warning to other that may be looking for appliance through Best Buy. Excellent customer service
Returning customers money to their BBY Credit card after a return is a start!
Up to today I had no issues with Best Buy, but today the manager on duty Tracy was so rude and dismissed and cut me off in front of all other customers and associates. I have been a Best Buy customer for almost 10 years now and it was very disappointing to see how little value was given to my loyalty.
