We purchase an open box MacBook Pro. We were told the previous owner just didn’t like the color so they returned it a few days after purchase. I specially ask what the difference was between the new one and open box and was told nothing except for not a box. Unfortunately they lied. The laptop is over a year old and has multiple issues. They running scams now, I order off line said it was available at store for crub side pick up. I went over to get it and hey they were out of stock? after web site said they had then. The guy said give It 3 days and call back so I did and they were back in stock, but no more sales price it was full time retail price up 40 bucks, I told then to keep the dam thing and I never be back!
RecommendedWe had an issue with our surface pro keyboard not working. This is my wife’s method of working from home and she was in tears. James the Third was extremely patient, helped us find a workable solution, and got the components that we needed to allow working from home. He was a great ambassador for the store and ensured our needs were addressed. Thank you.
We came in this afternoon for a few items. We walk up to the register to pay. We stand and wait for someone to come ring up our items. We stand and watch an employee at the front door. He looks directly at us and continues to clean his vape. Then turns and walks outside to vape without even acknowledging us or trying to get someone to help us. So many employees standing and talking to each other but none can seem to help a customer.
Worst place to get customer service or having someone answering the phone: especially in Carbondale, Southern Illinois. Even the chatroom sucks! I wished I could have left a review (since they always ask for one after you hang with their sooo busy agent), but I gave up after 20 minutes! They'll never get my business again. (how come I couldn't give them ZERO stars?)
NEVER buy from these thieves!!! Go Amazon! Better return policy!
Employees would rather chat with each other then to help customers. I asked TWICE to get help and no one could be bothered.
bought my husband a stereo for his truck for Christmas and am still waiting for it to he installed. first the broke the dash kit part, then had to order a new part. I drove 70 miles to get the new part but they gave me the wrong item number so when I brought the new part back it was the wrong part. the ordered part was supposed to be in three days ago but no phone call.
