Terrible customer service. All of your sales people were too busy playing on their cellphones or in groups talking with each other.
Stand by their delivery appointments. The appointment for this afternoon has been cancelled "because of the weather." Baloney. I've already been out for an oil change appointment and grocery run. Shame on them for assuming they can just reschedule me for a weekday, assuming I can take off work to meet their schedule. They have my payment in full and I don't have the produce I paid for.

I have bought ALL my appliance, and large purchases here. Tv's, dryers, kitchen appliances. My washer went out, didn't think twice about buying a new one here. It was delivered HIGHLY damaged, not a ding or scratch, it was dropped from a distance. Dent is 10 inches in length, by 2 inches deep. Brought it to delivery mans attention, he said call best buy.
