My lap top had the dreaded BitLocker blue screen of death. I took it to the "Geek Squad" at the Best Buy in Goodyear AZ. The technician, David, was very knowledgeable and patient. We attacked the problem step by step. After a short period of time we had the necessary 48 digit code to "unlock" my lap top. David also disabled the "BitLocker" so the problem can never re-occur. THANKYOU DAVID !!!!
