I took my iPhone in to get the “glitches” taken care of and Rocio helped me. She sure knows how to treat a customer right! She knows her job and performs well! She works with great confidence was really there to help me. She explained every step of the way to me and was very friendly! I highly recommend going to see Rocio if you need help!
RecommendedMy husband and I were impressed with the customer service we received from Aaron as well as several other associates in the store in Goodyear. They left us alone if that’s what we wanted and came right to the rescue when we had questions. Best Buy’s return policy is no good. I bought an expensive router but didn’t hook it up right away because me and the wife had a baby. I took it in within 30 days and was told because the item is defective I have to contact the manufacturer. The gal told me if I would have purchased the 2 year extended warranty then they would have swapped in store. Well that is the last time I shop at Best Buy. If this was Target, Amazon, or even Walmart they would have made this right.
Wow, never did i think about looking at reviews for best buy but now i see why the low ratings. This location is a joke in goodyear. I went to return a tv today because i was not happy with its performance, the idiots unboxed it and damaged it. I called their manager ray over and looks at me and says, we cant take it back its broke. No kidding. Your employees damaged it because it was fine when i packaged it and brought back. Waited for an employee to help. Wanted a smart tv i had seen on best buys website. Employee said there might be one in the back. He then went to the back to check after showing his reluctance to want to. Waited by the tvs then saw the same employee helping a different customer at the register in the tv section. We left and decided that we will just buy the tv through amazon. Sorry best buy but you lost the sale today(and future sales) because of him.
The people working in the local store ate great, but I just spent 10 mins trying to talk to an actual person and couldn't do it. Guess you don't really need my business
I sat for 20 minutes just to talk to an employee and then was told to wait again. You've lost my business and your staff is lazy and rude.
