The kids in the Mobile Center wouldn't stop flirting with each other while I was buying a phone (they're kind of expensive). It was even to the point where I was in a conversation with the fella, and his coworker comes and starts playing with his fingers....What in the hell? Buying a 900$ phone should at least mean you have the employees undivided attention for the 15 minutes it takes.
I bought a something in store and it didn't end up being what I thought it was going to be, so I went to try and return it, but they wouldn't let me return it. They acted a little hateful about it too. Very poor customer service. Also I bought this item on Friday June 23rd and the day I was trying to return it was Sunday June 25th, so it wasn't even that long of a time.

I want to thank you guys for such a wonderful experience at the Switch midnight release. Everyone was so nice, helpful and caring. You guys did a great job of orchestrating the whole event. Best buy isn't really known for customer service, but this really changed my whole preseption. Thank you guys again, for such a great experience.
I ordered almost $5000 of appliances from here and was told that they would be delivered on the 23rd (tomorrow). We took out our old appliances last night so we currently have nothing and I get a phone call today that our appliances cannot be delivered for 2 weeks and no one can tell me why. I will be cancelling my order as soon as a manager actually calls me back, I've called 3 times today and they keep telling me he is not available. I have a 1 year old and cannot survive without all appliances for 2 weeks. Not a good way ... read more
