Came to the store this evening to make a purchase for a laptop computer But your store closed at 6 PM. Totally ridiculous Best Buy should go ahead and close their doorsYes I’ll take my money to another store and purchase a computer from somebody else
Slow pick up from online order during covid took 30m to bring one item to my car after a ready for pick up Confirmation 45m ago. 21days to make an appointment to use their apple care Service. Rude managers BB rating definitely is deserved and truly reflects the poor quality of its management and staff .
I don’t mind ordering online from the store for simple items. But unless you know what you are looking for and don’t need any help finding what you are looking for, I wouldn’t go to the store in person because customer service is non existent anymore. The associates used to be great but now they are pathetic pieces of crap who pretty much ignore you unless you decide to insist on help and then they act like it’s a major task to help you even it’s something simple. I went to Best Buy and asked about having them doing an install for a stereo that I bought specifically for a specific car and because I did not buy the stereo at their store they wanted to charge me $125 instead of $65 for installation plus another $86 for a universal plug and then $89 for a cover plate I didn't need. the guy had an attitude and I didn't like it. I canceled my appointment before I even left.

RecommendedThe salespeople were extremely knowledgable and helpful. It is also nice not to feel pressured. This is the fifth or sixth laptop purchased from them within our household.
Kid who works there didn’t wash his hands after using the toilet. Told the manager and the manager laughed at me. I guess he thought it was funny that I expected to get a healthy and clean experience even though they don’t prepare and serve food.
