We spent about $800 for a digital video camera. It didn't have an instruction manual or software so we call them. Their response? Call the manufacturer or go to their website to download it! Irritating but fine so we do. Still doesn't work. So we bring it back and some kid looks at it and says it looks fine and turns on. Of course it does at the store! So we go home and it records some videos. Great EXCEPT it won't back them up or copy to the PC or DVD!! Call JVC and they send me some patches. Still doesn't work and periodic... read more

Great customer service I have been on a search for a home entertainment system. After visiting several stores, I found exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted at Best Buy. More than that, the customer service when above and beyond what would be normally expected! They gave me every little detail about the system. Best Buy also offers home installation. not my favorite place i don't know why, but i always feel like i'm getting the shaft when i shop here. the prices are good if they have what you want in stock. their return policy stinks. it's a good place to go for dvds and games, though. i shop their occasionally.
