I made a purchase here about a week ago, and the employee told me I should inquire about a Best Buy card. I said I didn’t want another credit card, and he said the inquiry just helped their sales numbers, and that I wasn’t obligated to get the card. Lo and behold, a card has come in the mail with my name on it, and I received an email asking me to manage it. Very helpful kind employees helped me a lot. No trouble at all with returns friendly too.
Today we took my FIL here to buy a small clock. At some point he lost his wallet �, either in the store or in the parking lot. Without much hope, we called at 8:50 pm but no one had turned anything in. We drove into town to check the parking lot with flashlights. Every employee leaving stopped to offer help including the acting manager Rob. After hours, on his own time, with family waiting at home, Rob offered to go back into the store to check one more time. Staff at this location having a difficult time not having enough help in the service department. Went in for simple issue that got deflected... call the helpdesk hmmm but i will sell you a new program and not tell you how it works. Nice staff but i wont be back. Feels like they were working a commission. Ughhh. Went to another company and got issue resolved. Remember competition is out there. Take care of your customer and not just your commission
Very pleased with the deal I got on my new washer and dryer. I am so excited to do laundry. LOL I am just as pleased with the customer service I received.
DO NOT buy appliances from here! I am warning you now before you go through what I am still going through 5 weeks after my purchase. After three delivery attempts I still do not have a fridge, 1st they were an HR late, 2nd I was told I didn't have the right water line, 3rd attempt the fridge was damaged and missing a handle. I am now working with the horrible management of this Best Buy to get my fridge and be compensated for the extreme hassle but they are resistant in compensating me.
