I am livid! The delivery was pushed back by 4 hours. Next they flood my first floor. Its 8 pm at night!
Had a stove delivery set up for today. Got a call last night that my delivery window is 10am-noon. NOW...at minutes before noon I get a call saying my delivery window is now 12-2pm. WTF? Why bother to set a window if it can be changed when you dont make it on time....People have jobs...we take time off for this...SOOOO pissed right now.
To say that Best Buy has great customer service is the biggest understatement. I have never been more satisfied!! Thank you to the manager Skylar & his team!! We appreciate ALL of your help today!!

I ordered a refrigerator and they sent delivery guys with “back injury!” Until now my fridge is at the main entry! The installation has been moved 5 times..... and until now it has not been installed!!!
Evidently more training is needed. Space Gray with Black Band is not the same as Space Grey with Gray Band. Listen to your customers.
