TERRIBLE service!! – DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! I can't believe the terrible service. I called and asked for a price on data back-up and recovery of the operating system and he qouted me $129. I went in on Sunday with my desktop in hand and asked for the same thing and it became $99 for the backup and $149 for the recovery but I should really buy an ezxternal hard drive.
