Big Thanks to Chris and staff!! They made a very complicated warranty exchange go smoothly. The iPad exchanged belonged to a special needs kid, whose iPad is his lifeline! They made sure this kid was not without his iPad through the whole process. ��
Went to Best Buy to return a charger cord and the guy said they have a 15 day return policy and could not do the return. Too bad it was a loss for them I sent my roommate to look at the new TV's for our new place and she was ready to take one home when I said lets wait and ill do some research ( really I just did not want to give them our business any longer). I will work extra hard to get my electronics online and BOYCOTT Best Buy from now on.
Hate it – My brother worked here for 1 year he hated how everyone treated him and how he was treated as a empoye i went in here for a computer and they looked at my last name and said are you related to chris(brother) i said yes he is my brother they told me that they cannot help me their because of some technical diffcult DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nice store. Surprised though at some of the stuff they try to pass off in their clearance section. A banged up TV stand for $400? No thanks! Still nice staff and good deals to be found at times.
